Complex: palace, historic farm buildings (5), new pool and SPA building, park. Design for 3-star hotel complex: 85 rooms, 9 palace apartments, banquet and conference halls (200, 100, 50), restaurant kitchen, pool and SPA. Preservation of historic and aesthetic values. Palace 1495 m², farm buildings (barn, granary, stable) 5279 m², new pool building 1000 m².
